Wholesale terms

These terms apply to trade customers using the Johnny Reb in Europe wholesale portal operated by Motomonopol OÜ (Estonia). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Trade only

The portal is for approved wholesale dealers only — not consumers. We may refuse or suspend accounts that are not bona fide trade customers.

2. Prices & catalogue

Prices shown after login are net wholesale prices (VAT excluded unless stated). Stock and pricing may change. An order is an offer to buy; we confirm by issuing a pro forma and later dispatching goods.

3. Orders & pro forma

Orders submitted in the portal generate a pro forma invoice. Payment is by bank transfer to the details on the pro forma. We prepare and ship after payment is received (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

4. Minimums

Product MOQs and any account-level minimums shown in the portal apply. We may reject lines below MOQ.

5. Delivery

Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterms / shipping arrangement for your account. Tracking details are shared in the portal and by email when available. Delivery times are estimates.

6. Returns

Wholesale returns require prior written approval. Faulty goods must be reported promptly with photos and order references. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

7. Accounts

Keep login credentials confidential. Company owners may request additional users for the same firm. You are responsible for orders placed under your account.
