This policy explains how Motomad OÜ (“we”, “us”), trading as Johnny Reb in Europe, processes personal data when you use johnnyreb.eu or contact us about wholesale distribution.

What we collect

• Dealer application and account data (company, contact name, email, phone, address, VAT/reg. details).
• Order and invoicing data needed for wholesale fulfilment.
• Technical logs required to operate and secure the portal (e.g. authentication events).

Why we process data

• To review dealer applications and operate B2B accounts (contract / pre-contract).
• To fulfil orders, send pro forma invoices and shipment updates (contract).
• To communicate about wholesale support and account changes (legitimate interest / contract).
• To keep the portal secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).

Sharing

We use hosting and email delivery providers necessary to run the service. We do not sell personal data. Carriers may receive shipping details when an order is dispatched.

Retention

Account and order records are kept for as long as needed for the wholesale relationship and applicable accounting / tax obligations, then deleted or anonymised where feasible.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact wholesale@johnnyreb.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

The dealer portal uses httpOnly session cookies required for authentication (no consent banner). On the public site we may use Google Analytics 4 only after you accept analytics cookies. Analytics cookies help us understand traffic; they are not used for advertising. You can decline analytics and still use the site. Google may process data outside the EEA under its terms — see Google Privacy Policy.
