• Dealer application and account data (company, contact name, email, phone, address, VAT/reg. details).
• Order and invoicing data needed for wholesale fulfilment.

Why we process data

• To review dealer applications and operate B2B accounts (contract / pre-contract).
• To fulfil orders, send pro forma invoices and shipment updates (contract).
• To communicate about wholesale support and account changes (legitimate interest / contract).
• To keep the portal secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).

Sharing

We use hosting and email delivery providers necessary to run the service. We do not sell personal data. Carriers may receive shipping details when an order is dispatched.

Retention

Account and order records are kept for as long as needed for the wholesale relationship and applicable accounting / tax obligations, then deleted or anonymised where feasible.

Your rights

The public site uses essential cookies for security and session continuity. The dealer portal uses httpOnly session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
